Bug description:
  I was trying to run Eclipse (the C++ version), but it didn't have the
  proper packages. I told it to find the correct ones and download them,
  but halfway through the download process it failed. I believe it was
  downloading a pypar2 package and possibly a python package (though I'm
  not 100% about the python one)
