  Installer skipped the page for setting keyboard layout

Status in ubiquity package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Using vivid-desktop-amd64.iso from the March 23 daily build I made a
  plain English install. The page for setting keyboard layout did not
  show up, so I ended up with an installation with US keyboard layout,
  while my physical keyboard is Swedish.
