I believe "aptitude search ~i~Atrusty-proposed" might do what I am
looking for.  This could now be expanded and generalized upon.

Bug description:
  it would be nice to have an sru-alert script similar to the wnpp-alert
  one so that I can see what packages I have installed that are waiting
  in -proposed for SRU verification.
