strace and crash dump files attached. This is most likely cause with GPT
partition on the hard disk. Few test after the installs on non GPT mode

Bug description:
  Ubuntu 15.04: lshw command fails and give core dump

  Steps:
  1)Install Ubnutu 15.04 daily build on any Gen9 servers
  2) issue lshw command:

  root at DL120Gen9:~# cat /etc/issue
  Ubuntu Vivid Vervet (development branch) \n \l

  root at DL120Gen9:~# lshw
  *** stack smashing detected ***: lshw terminated
  Aborted (core dumped)

  root at DL120Gen9:/var/log/installer# lshw -c storage -c disk
  *** stack smashing detected ***: lshw terminated
  Aborted (core dumped)
  root at DL120Gen9:/var/log/installer#
