Title:
  _ISOC99_SOURCE should be __USE_ISOC99

Status in manpages package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: manpages

The nearbyint page (and maybe others) says that to enable the
declaration of various functions, one option is to define
_ISOC99_SOURCE. However, the actual header file checks for
  __USE_ISOC99.
