Check both the utopic and trusty versions, they both appear to show the
right release information now. Thanks!

Bug description:
  [Impact]
Documentation listing the wrong version and codename for a release may be misleading users into believing they are looking at the wrong documentation files. It also refects poorly on having a strong image for up-to-date, professional software.

  [Test Case]
  1- Look at doc/install/manual/en/index.html on ubuntu-server CDs.
2- Notice the version number and codename in documentation.

  [Regression Potential]
Minimal. This is limited to documentation strings.

  ----

The installation-guide documentation contains an invalid name for the
  current release where it's available.
