Please DLPAR is failing currently on Ubuntu 15.04 on Power. with the
following error:

Unable to decrease/increase the memory value giving below error:
The dynamic removal of memory resources failed: The operating system prevented all of the requested memory from being removed. Amount of memory removed: 0 MB of 3072 MB. The detailed output of the OS operation follows:
Validating Memory DLPAR capability...yes.
Could not gather LMB (logical memory block information.

The patch that fixes it is already available upstream with
