I'm also got this problem this morning too

$ sudo aptitude install libglib2.0-0:i386
The following NEW packages will be installed:

Need to get 1,164 kB of archives. After unpacking 5,192 kB will be used.

 libglib2.0-0 : Breaks: libglib2.0-0:i386 (!= 2.42.1-1~ubuntu1) but 2.42.2-0ubuntu1 is to be installed.
 libglib2.0-0:i386 : Breaks: libglib2.0-0 (!= 2.42.2-0ubuntu1) but 2.42.1-1~ubuntu1 is installed.

Bug description:
  The upgrade to version 2.42.2-0ubuntu1 (the version in -proposed) from
  version 2.42.1-1~ubuntu1 (-updates) fails. This is for the i386
  package on an amd64 installation of Ubuntu 14.10.
