This looks like the same as I have reported (see
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubiquity/+bug/1469245)

In the bios boot menu, do you have an 'ubuntu' option which then boots
to a GRUB menu like mine?

You may be able to try some of the things suggested to me.  They may
work for you, but they don't work for me.

What is the make and model of computer that you are using?
