Your filesystem is corrupt; you will need to run fsck to try and repair
it, or back up any important data and reformat it.

Bug description:
Tried to Install 15.04 thru software update. It failed, wouldn't boot.
Download 15.04, used try UBUNTU then install. Chose reinstall UBUNTU and continue when crash happened.
