[Bug 1465334] [NEW] "Translation-*" repository download error

NOTE: This problem exist since Ubuntu 13.10

When I'm executing the apt-get update, I get the package status "ERROR"
by every package starting from "Translation-".

The bug is showing up while trying to update the repositories thru:
command line, Synaptic and Aptitude
