This points to a problem with your debconf setup; however, while we've
seen reports of this behavior (and I have seen this error myself), we
have not been able to pinpoint this bug.
It appears from the log that you were manually trying to install tdsodbc
on your system. Can you tell us how you were installing it? (e.g.,
'apt-get' from the commandline, synaptic, some other gui package
manager?)
If you run 'sudo apt-get -f install' on your system, does the
installation complete successfully now?
