How has this been marked as a duplicate of a bug that does not exist?
Link above is for https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1455312 and when I go
to that URL it says "This page does not exist, or you may not have
permission to see it."  Perhaps it is a permissions thing.  That being
the case I cannot reply with the request to "look at the other bug
report to see if there is any missing information that you can provide,
or to see if there is a workaround for the bug."

Bug description:
  I was trying to send an email through Evolution via Google Mail.  It
  should have got a PGP signature attached to it too.  It was just after
  I clicked the send button that this error came up.

  I tried to send the email again after looking at the error report.
  That second time I was presented with a pop-up box asking for the
  password to access the PGP keys.
