[Bug 1028126] Re: grub hidden timeout does not react to shift

Effect noticed in 14.04 macbook pro 6,2. This has resulted in an
unbootable machine when the display server breaks. My only available fix
is to Mount the hard drive in another computer and boot from the cd.
