You can read it on your screen right?  Then somewhere between there and
saving that image, the resolution has been reduced.  Why don't you type
out the message?  Looking at the image again and straining my eyes, it
appears to be saying more or less "I'm going to write these changes to
disk, do you want to go back or continue?"  That's not an error.
