  usb-creator-gtk does not create startup disk because of python error
  in Vivid

Bug description:
  I was creating startup usb disk from ubuntu-14.04.2-desktop-i386.iso
  I selected this ISO, choose USB drive, pressed "Erase Disk", entered password
  and got error window with text:

    File "/usr/share/usb-creator/usb-creator-helper", line 292, in Format

  AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'get_block'
