  do-release-upgrade from 11.10 to 12.04 fails: Unable to correct
  problems, you have held broken packages.

Status in update-manager package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  What did i do:
  1. apt-get update
  2. apt-get upgrade
  3. apt-get -f install
  4. apt-get clean
  5. apt-get autoclean
  6. do-release-upgrade

  I did the above a couple of times, but with the same result every
  time. Any ideas?
