[Bug 1438068] Re: Wrong city name is displayed when setting one city as new timezone

Part of the bug here seems to be that libtimezonemap is based on an
obsolete copy of /usr/share/zoneinfo/zone.tab, a copy that had entries
for Asia/Harbin and Asia/Chongqing (the current version of zone.tab does
not have these entries). libtimezonemap should be updated to match the
current version of zone.tab, to lessen the number of glitches mentioned
above. Better yet, use zone1970.tab (available in tz releases since
2014f).

Title:
Wrong city name is displayed when setting one city as new timezone

Status in libtimezonemap package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  r154, vivid-proposed
  Arale device

  Steps:
  1. enter System Settings -> Time & Date
  2. tap on the current time zone and enter "Time zone" page
  3. enter a city name, and tap on it from filter list.

  ==>
  Expect:
The new city is set as the new Time Zone
  Actual:
Sometimes a different city name is shown as new Time Zone.
It's incorrect although they may be in the same timezone.

  For example,
  enter Beijing will set Asia/Harbin
  enter Tianjin will set Asia/Shanghai
  enter Shenzhen will set Asia/Chongqing
  ....
