  Ubuntu no arranco mas y no lo puedo reinstalar

Bug description:
  Ubuntu me empezò a pedir una contraseña para actualizar el SO y no aceptaba mi contraseña.
  Despuès de eso, al tratar de reinstalar Ubuntu con un CD (que ya habìa usado exitosamente para hacerlo), no andaba el CD.
  Despuès de eso, ya no arrancò mas el SO.
  Estoy tratando de instalar UBUNTU 11.10 desde un USB stick salvando mis archivos y me reporta este error.
