[Bug 1475996] [NEW] Oracle OpenJDK7 in EOL, but RedHat still continue update OpenJDK7

Public bug reported:

Oracle have phased out OpenJDK 7 updates after 7u80 from non-paying
customers. Because RedHat still continue updating their OpenJDK7
packaging, we should consider change OpenJDK7 upstream to RedHat.
