Bug #1469965 is a bug that was caused by the absence of bnx2 firmware
from the linux-firmware udeb package, and was resolved in linux-firmware
1.127.13, published to trusty-updates on July 2 and included in the
debian-installer 20101020ubuntu318.25 build which was published to
trusty-updates on July 8.  debian-installer 20101020ubuntu318.25
includes kernel version 3.19.0-22.  Your install log shows that you have
booted kernel version 3.19.0-21.  Please update your environment to
include the current version of the trusty netboot image.
