  GoBook iii Ubuntu 10.04 does not install and work.

Bug description:
  I have an ITRONIX GoBook III IX260+ and I was wondering if all of my
  hardware checks out, when I try to run 10.04 LTS off of a live USB it
  boots, but after I hear the Ubuntu jingle the screen goes black with
  scattered blue green and red lines across it. I am currently running
  MS Win XP PRO SP3 with no problems, save for... ...I hate Windows I
  will provide a list of my Machine's hardware below. All I want to know
  is will I encounter the same issue when I do a full install.

  Windows hardware manager says I have the following hardware installed.

  ACPI Uniprocessor PC

  Hard Drive: HTS541040G9AT00

  Display Adapter: ATI MOBILITY RADEON 9000

  DVD/CD-ROM: Slimtype COMBO SOSC-2483K

  Modems: Smartlink 56k Voice Modem

  Monitors: Standard Monitor 12.1in TFT Touchscreen

  Network Adapters: 1394 Net Adapter
                                       Atheros AR500G Wireless
                                       Realtek rtl8139/810x Family Fast Ethernet

  Processor: Intel Pentium M 1.80GHZ
