Thanks for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu
better. We appreciate the difficulties you are facing, but this appears
to be a "regular" (non-security) bug. I have unmarked it as a security
issue since this bug does not show evidence of allowing attackers to
cross privilege boundaries nor directly cause loss of data/privacy.

Ubuntu live destroy my swap data

Bug description:
I have hibernated my linux on my swap partition to test "the new Ubuntu 14.10"
Then the Ubuntu 14:10 uses my swap partition during boot without my confirmation and I lost all data on my linux hibernating.
Please do not touch the user's hard disk without user authorization.
