Title:
Failure to boot Windows 8.1 when Secure Boot is enabled

Status in grub2 package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
When choosing the Windows Boot Manager option in the GRUB menu, I get the attached error message which includes reference to bootmgfw.efi and
  error: cannot load image.

If Secure Boot is disabled, this menu entry works. If Secure Boot is
enabled, the menu entry fails per above. If Secure Boot is enabled,
and I'm able to get to the computer firmware's boot manager selection
screen to choose Windows Boot Manager, that works.

So it seems to be a problem with GRUB chainloading bootmgfw.efi and
maintaining the Secure Boot chain. Or it's a firmware bug.

  Hardware is a Dell XPS 13 9333 (late 2013).
