The gparted livecd is not Ubuntu, so you will need to report it to them,
not us.  Unless you can reproduce it with the Ubuntu livecd, in which
case better steps listing how to reproduce it would be helpful.

Bug description:
  parted crash, when I print partition table of disk with 4K sector and
  russian letters in name of partitions. I used GParted LiveCD 0.20.0-2.

  $ sudo parted -s /dev/sdc p
  Model: ATA ST3000DM001-9YN1 (scsi)
  Disk /dev/sdc: 3001GB
  Sector size (logical/physical): 512B/4096B
  Partition Table: gpt
  Disk Flags:

  $ parted --version

  With 512 byte sector size partition table prints correctly.
