  GPG needs to be initialized (give option to set up upon install)

  Given the current privacy crisis, GPG needs to be built right into the
  OS upon install as a default option effective ASAP.  User needs to be
  able to opt *out* of privacy, not opt *in* later with great amounts of
  skill sets.
