The mirror you are using doesn't seem to mirror the Trusty release of
Ubuntu.

http://ftp.ncnu.edu.tw/Linux/ubuntu/ubuntu/dists/

I recommend switching mirrors using the tool software-properties-gtk and
then trying the upgrade again.
