  Mouse or Keyboard activity causes GRUB  to freeze

Status in grub package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  If there is any keyboard or mouse activity whilst GRUB is loading, it
  freezes at "Grub loading stage 1.5". I am using a Logitech Cordless
  desktop(LX700?) with Mouse in PS2 port an keyboard in USB. I have had
  this with Ubuntu & Mythbuntu 8.04 and Mythbuntu 8.04.1.

  What other info should I provide? Please speak slowly, I'm a relative
  Linux newb.

  I will test with corded mouse and keyboard and report back

  I imagine that this may also be the root cause of bug #155336..?
