You have two disks, sda and sdb.  You are installing ubuntu on sdb, but
sda seems to be completely blank, so grub can not be installed there.
You either need to choose to install grub to sdb and make sure your bios
is configured to boot from that drive ( normally it would boot sda
instead ), or create at least one partition on sda.
