I fixed the base index.html pages some time ago. However the
installation guide contents have never been fully updated to the new
theme. There is an open bug report about that somewhere

Status in installation-guide package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  When I click the "Installing Ubuntu" link in the official Ubuntu 12.04
  documentation,  I found out that it still uses the old brown colors.
  Even the Logos are missing from that page.
