Bug description:
  I'm testing Ubuntu GNOME Trusty 20150203 i386 and the proposed updates
  are still enabled via /etc/apt/sources.list.d:

  lance at lance-AMD-desktop:~$ ls /etc/apt
  apt.conf.d     sources.list    trustdb.gpg  trusted.gpg.d
  preferences.d  sources.list.d  trusted.gpg
  lance at lance-AMD-desktop:~$ ls /etc/apt/sources.list.d
  proposed.list
  lance at lance-AMD-desktop:~$ cat /etc/apt/sources.list.d/proposed.list
  deb http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ trusty-proposed main restricted universe

  These need to be turned off before 14.04.2 is released.
