[Bug 1416844] [NEW] Installer crashed, cannot set up GRUB

I tried booting up Ubuntu from a live disk on USB

Every time I try it, the installer crashes when trying to set up GRUB.
I'm running on an ASUS UX301L and I've already removed my other OS,
Windows 8. I've also tried to use the boot repair, but it says something
about me needing to create a boot partition
