  Release upgrade fails everytime

Status in ubuntu-release-upgrader package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
  The system check for new sources, the stops and ask to run the bug
  report command. does not give any other explanation

  I am running Kubuntu 15.04
  I had previously upgraded KDE to 5.4.1 following the Kubuntu-ci/stable ppa
