This bug was fixed in the package tasksel - 3.34ubuntu2

  Fix Released

Bug description:
  as on this site http://packages.ubuntu.com/xenial/all/tasksel/filelist
  tasksel should contain /usr/lib/tasksel/filter-tasks
  but after update on 21.12.2015 17:34GMT .deb file is missing this file
  http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/t/tasksel/tasksel_3.34ubuntu1_all.deb

  it cause system doesn't install over netinstall

  Dec 22 08:04:21 in-target: Can't exec "/usr/lib/tasksel/filter-tasks": No such file or directory at /usr/bin/tasksel line 343.

  Forgot to add it's about Xenial 16.04
