Title:
  Unable to build packages for "sid". Cannot open 'debian/changelog'.

Status in pbuilder package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Ubuntu 15.10 64bit
  pbuilder 0.215+nmu4ubuntu1:amd64

  I'm trying to build a package for "debian sid" by using pbuilder-dist,
  but since a few day, I'm unable to build it. Every time I get the
  following message:

  > I: Building the package
  > I: Running cd tmp/buildd/*/ && env PATH="/usr/sbin:/usr/bin:/sbin:/bin" dpkg-buildpackage -us -uc  -rfakeroot
  > tail: cannot open 'debian/changelog' for reading: No such file or directory
  > dpkg-buildpackage: error: tail of debian/changelog gave error exit status 1
  > E: Failed autobuilding of package

  The file debian/changelog exists. A debian developer says to me that
  this bug is fixed with the latest pbuilder verion "0.221.3". It would
  be nice if this fix could be back ported!
