[Bug 1488482] [NEW] upgrading from 10 to 15.04 media was burned with external usb cdrom. Also installed from usb cdrom at first then moved to internal cdrom

cd passed check second time. but then failed install again saying file
did not match.  I forget which one now.  it was one of the dependent
libraries.
