Have tried two different usb sticks, two different versions of ubuntu
14.04 and 14.10 and i have even tried removing both my rams and using it
one at a time (although i used memtest86+ to test my memory which turns
out fine) but it still gives that error. Funny enough, i have had
ubuntu 14.04 installed before, which i upgraded to 14.10 and then to
15.04 and then i had to go back to 14.10 by deleting ubuntu partition.
Now i can't get any of them installed

Title:
  errno[5] input/output error

Status in ubiquity package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
Each time i try the installer does the same thing, telling me i have
issues with my CD/DVD drive when i don't. I followed a guide online
that told me to use the memtest86+ utitlity to test my memory which i
did and after 6 hours plus the memory turned out just fine yet i can't
  get it to install.
