[Bug 1450353] [NEW] errno[5] input/output error

Each time i try the installer does the same thing, telling me i have
issues with my CD/DVD drive when i don't. I followed a guide online that
told me to use the memtest86+ utitlity to test my memory which i did and
after 6 hours plus the memory turned out just fine yet i can't get it to
install.
