[Bug 1449074] [NEW] nfs-common should depend on keyutils for nfsidmap integration

Public bug reported:

The idmapd service is no longer started by default as of Ubuntu 15.04,
because it's been superseded upstream by nfsidmap, which integrates with
the kernel request-key interface. However the keyutils package which
provides request-key is not installed by default. The nfs-common
package needs to add a dependency on keyutils.
