I'm not sure which package to file against. I've used Linux for years.
How do I identify a package when it's run from some GUI package? I was
running Software Updater. It spawned something to upgrade from 14.10 to
15.04, but it doesn't identify itself w.r.t. package... The window
banner says "ROOT: Distribution Upgrade". Should the bug be filed
against 'ROOT: Distribution Upgrade'? If so, what's the package name?
Should the bug be filed against libgutenprint2 (amd64), which is the
last item in the progress log? Should the bug be filed against insserv
or virtualbox, which are the last items in the console log in the 'ROOT:
Distribution Upgrade' window?
** Package changed: ubuntu => ubuntu-release-upgrader (Ubuntu)

Title:
upgrade from 14.10 to 15.04 stuck
Status in ubuntu-release-upgrader package in Ubuntu:
New
Bug description:
When I got the daily popup from the Software Updater that said new
updates are available, I reviewed the updates (nothing major), said
okay, and it installed a few things. At the end it said that 15.04 was
available. I said okay, and it spent hours downloading lots of things.
At around midnight the status window seemed to be stuck "Configuring
libgutenprint2 (amd64)". The next morning it looked like no progress
had been made. There don't seem to be any hidden or minimized windows,
so I don't know what it's waiting for.
