Sorry, this is not a bug.

What happened is you substituted official provided packages with some
from a third party repository. So what you are looking for is technical
support.

Title:
  Can't upgrade Ubuntu due to third party packages

Status in ubuntu-release-upgrader package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  the upgrade manager give an error when I try to upgrade from 14.10 to
  15.04 it shows a mssage taht it can't find the information for making
  an succesful upgrade because my ubuntu has third part software and two
  other options that I can't remember now.
