Too late for vivid now, Jonathan says we'll ignore OEM mode for vivid.
Probably not a big loss, most OEMs would prefer LTSes anyway?

Title:
kubuntu: oem-config-kde not installed on new oem systems

Status in ubiquity package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
Installed from today's Kubuntu vivid daily-live

  at syslinux pre-boot press F4 → OEM

install using ubiquity as normal for oem

on reboot there is no oem-config-kde installed

  ubiquity ubi-usersetup.py does include "misc.execute_root('apt-
install', 'oem-config-kde')" and the installer/syslog does say it gets
