Found my problem : I was trying to install the grub on the SD card ..

Bug description:
  Hi, 
  I was trying to install ubuntu on my HDD (windows is already installed on another SDD), but during the installation, a fatal error stoped erevything saying that it was impossible to install the grub
  I put 20go for the / partition and 5go for the swap
  My computer is a HP
