I upgraded to https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/python-
urllib3/1.7.1-1ubuntu3 and checked my Python 3 version:

Actual:

$ python3
Python 3.4.0 (default, Apr 11 2014, 13:05:11) 
[GCC 4.8.2] on linux
Type "help", "copyright", "credits" or "license" for more information.

Expected:

$ python3
Python 3.4.2 (default, ???, ???) 
[GCC 4.8.2] on linux
Type "help", "copyright", "credits" or "license" for more information.
