  install 14.04.2 along side windows 8.1 - 'grub-efi-amd64-signed'
  package failed to install into /target/

Status in grub-installer package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  The 'grub-efi-amd64-signed' package failed to install into /target/.
  Without the GRUB boot loader, the installed system will not boot

  Using the default paritioning.  grub fails to install.

  I had tried with windows fast startup enabled but I turned it off,
  deleted the ubuntu partitions and I get this error
