Hi there,

Kubuntu 15.04,  upgraded yesterday to KDE Frameworks  5.9.0 .

Right-click on the desktop does not display the contextual menu anymore.
This bug was reported on KDE bugtracker and according to
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=346191#c6 it seems to be a
packaging issue.
