Title:
aqualung is still suggest even though it is no longer in the repos

Status in command-not-found package in Ubuntu:
  Triaged

Bug description:
To reproduce on vivid enter `aqualung ` into the terminal. Then it
will say it is not installed but can be found in the aqualung package
which is purely virtual and is not in any version after trusty.

  command-not-found:
    Installed: 0.3ubuntu15.2
    Candidate: 0.3ubuntu15.2
    Version table:
   *** 0.3ubuntu15.2 0
          500 http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ vivid/main amd64 Packages
          100 /var/lib/dpkg/status
Description:	Ubuntu Vivid Vervet (development branch)
  Release:	15.04nwchem - High-performance computational chemistry software

I expected not to be told I can install a package that is no longer in
the repos. Instead a depricated instruction to install aqualung is
  still found.
