Bug description:
  I usually upgrade using update-manager. Sometimes I run "apt-get
  upgrade" after update-manager and I notice that some packages weren't
  offered to upgrade by update-manager. Today I was offered by "apt-get"
  for the first time to upgrade libxext6 and not by update-manager when
  it looks like the upgrade was ready for download in January. You can
  see in the logs some more packages that I upgraded using "apt-get" and
  not by update-manager.
