See "-Scompress-strategy" in the dpkg-deb manpage, for instance
"-Sextreme".  Not all strategies are supported by all versions, but
everything from 14.04 on should support extreme.

  I"m currently using this command line :
  dpkg-deb -Zxz -z9 --build dpkg my_application.deb

  I would like to be able to specify the aditionnal "--extreme" (or
  "-e") option of xz.
