  base-files is already installed and configured.  It was not possible
  to upgrade 12.04 LTS to 14.04.2 LTS.

Bug description:
  Since several months ago, I have been unsucessful to upgrade my 12.04LTS version of UBUNTU.
  It appaears that som files are not found in my actual version so the upgrade is aborted.
  Is there some way to solve this problem?
